We would be happy to assist you with the formatting/conversion and setup of your eBook.

Our fee is based on the labor (time) involved to do our absolute best work for you! In order to provide you with accurate pricing, we will need to review your file(s).

We prefer to work from a PDF, but if you also have the matching source file (in a program like Word, Pages, or Open Office), we will want to utilize those files as well (having both a PDF & Word is always preferred). But we can usually work from pretty much any format.

Please note that we also need your contact info, so if you have not already filled out our bid request form, please do so before you upload your file to us.

It is recommended that you use our hightail upload page. But if that doesn’t work for you, here are some additional options (you will need to provide our email address (support@selfpublish.org) so we are notified when the file upload is complete:

No matter which technique you use to send us your file(s), please be sure we also have your contact info… so you can simply drop us an email letting us know you’ve uploaded your file (and give us the title of your book). Also feel free to let us your preferred method of contact (phone or email). Unless you have already filled out our bid request, in which case, we have your contact info.

Normally (unless we are extremely busy), we will respond to bid requests within 48 hours, but If your bid is urgent (meaning you need a price within 24 hours), please be sure to notify us by phone or email. If by email, use a subject that will get our attention, ie: Urgent Bid Request.
